As we enter middle age, we experience various body and mind changes.


Menopause is a natural term in a woman's life that signals the end of her reproductive years. Again, I have found that exercise has really helped me in this area.

In a society that often values youth and vitality, it is important to remember that age brings wisdom and experience. Menopause marks a new chapter in our life, where we can focus on our personal goals and make choices that align with our values. By embracing the wisdom gained over the years, we can lead fulfilling lives and contribute meaningfully to our communities. Menopause should be seen as an opportunity for self-reflection, growth, and the creation of a new path that aligns with one's true purpose.  I have chosen to see it that way!

Menopause is a transformative phase, but with the right mindset and self-care practices, it can be a rewarding journey.

While menopause brings changes to both the body and mind, it should not be feared or considered a negative milestone.
